Aimee Q Devlin is a trading name of Freedom Hackers LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, USA. This page explains what the site collects, why it collects it, who else touches it, and how to get it removed. It covers aimeeqdevlin.com only.
The short version: I collect analytics on how the site is used, whatever you hand me through the Platform Check tool or a booking, and nothing else. I don't sell it, and I don't buy lists.
What gets collected when you just visit
Nothing you type, but the visit itself is logged. Three things run on every page:
- Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed, roughly where you are, your device and browser, and how you arrived. It sets cookies and processes a truncated version of your IP address.
- Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights record page performance and traffic. These are cookieless and don't identify you.
- KnownAgents records the technical headers your browser or bot sends with each request, so I can see which AI crawlers are reading the site. This is what the site's own writing on AI visibility is based on.
What gets collected when you use the Platform Check tool
- The website address you submit, the audit results, and the verdict are stored so the report can be generated and sent.
- The address you submit is also passed to Google's PageSpeed Insights API to measure performance.
- If you ask for the report by email, your email address is stored alongside that audit and used to send it.
What gets collected when you get in touch
- Booking a session goes through Cal.com, which collects your name, email address, timezone, and anything you write in the booking form.
- Emailing me means I have whatever you chose to put in the email.
What gets collected when you pay for a session
Paid sessions are booked through Cal.com and paid through Stripe. When you reach the payment step you're handed to Stripe directly.
- Your card details go to Stripe, not to me. I never see them, never receive them, and they're never stored on this site or on any system I control.
- What I can see in my Stripe dashboard is your name, email address, the amount, the date, the last four digits of the card, and the country it was issued in. That's what I need to know a session is paid for and to handle a refund if one is due.
- Stripe processes payments under its own privacy policy, at stripe.com/privacy. Stripe emails your receipt.
Why
Analytics tell me which writing is worth continuing and whether the site works. Tool submissions are needed to actually produce the thing you asked for. Contact details are used to reply to you and, if we end up working together, to run the engagement. If you gave me your email for a report, I may follow up about it. You can tell me to stop at any time.
Who else processes it
I use a small number of services to run this site. Each one only sees what it needs:
- Vercel: hosting, analytics, and performance monitoring
- Google: Analytics and the PageSpeed Insights API
- KnownAgents: crawler and bot request logging
- Supabase: database storage for Platform Check submissions
- Resend: sending transactional email
- Cal.com: scheduling
- Stripe: payment processing for paid sessions
I don't sell your information, rent it, or share it for anyone else's advertising.
How long it's kept
- Analytics data expires on each provider's own schedule: for Google Analytics, 14 months.
- Platform Check submissions and email addresses are kept until you ask me to delete them.
- Correspondence and client records are kept as long as needed for the work and the tax records that follow it.
- Payment records are held by Stripe and kept as long as US tax and accounting rules require.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies. Vercel's analytics and the rest of the site don't. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or use a browser extension to block analytics entirely. The site works fine either way.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask me what I hold on you, ask for a copy, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email hello@aimeeqdevlin.com and I'll handle it—no form, no process.
If you're in the EU or UK, you also have the right to object to processing and to complain to your local data protection authority. If you're in California, you have the right to know what's collected and to have it deleted, and I don't sell personal information as that term is defined there.
Children
This site is for people running businesses. It isn't directed at children and I don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be obvious rather than quiet.
