What is the difference between the Diagnostic, the Audit, the Architecture, and the Project?
The Diagnostic finds the problem in 60 minutes and is booked and paid for on its own. The Audit diagnoses the whole picture across all five layers and produces a prioritised fix list. The Architecture designs the solution. The Project delivers it. Each of those three engagements includes the work of the one before it: the Architecture includes the Audit's diagnosis, and the Project includes both.
