Selected work

Three businesses. Three things that were quietly broken.

Each of these started with a business that was invisible, or leaking, or both, and nobody could name exactly why. What follows is the problem I found, the infrastructure I built, and what measurably changed.

Brendan D. Murphy—the author who stopped needing a platform.

In short

Brendan D. Murphy, an independent consciousness researcher and author, needed to fund, sell and deliver his second book without a publisher. I built a custom pre-order platform, order and fulfilment system, author website and AEO-first content architecture. The pre-order raised $6,251.80 across 91 orders, and he now owns every part of the operation, saving $99 per month on infrastructure and 5% on third-party pre-order campaign commission.

The problem

A talented author with a finished book and no infrastructure to fund it, sell it, deliver it, or build an audience—independently of any publisher. The obvious route, a major crowdfunding platform, proved unworkable.

What I built

An end-to-end publishing ecosystem: custom pre-order system at the centre, order and supporter management, payment and fulfilment workflows, digital and physical delivery, author site, email sequences, membership infrastructure and CRM. Content architecture built AEO-first for entity recognition.

What changed

91 readers pre-ordered the book directly, moving the book into the editing phase. Podcast hosts began to reach out to interview him (without outreach), his interview process is now streamlined start-to-finish, and organic search traffic has grown past his name into the topics he writes about. He owns the platform, the list, the payments and the fulfilment. Nothing in his stack depends on me.

FlowQuota—proof that I build, not just advise.

In short

FlowQuota is a full sales operating system I architected, designed and built solo: quoting engine with multi-jurisdiction tax and shipping logic, automated paperwork and e-signature, CRM and pipeline, an AI coaching layer, recording storage, manager reporting, and the database and automation architecture underneath. Built AEO-first from day one.

Integrated systems

The problem

No single system connected sales, quoting, documents and reporting. Everything lived in different places and nothing talked to anything else.

What I built

A single integrated architecture from lead to signed paperwork: quoting with multi-country tax and shipping logic, automated paperwork generation and e-signature workflows, CRM and deal tracking, an AI sales coaching system built from scratch, recording storage with signed URL playback, manager dashboards, and the schema and automation pipelines connecting every layer.

What changed

It is on this page for one reason. Most people selling answer-engine strategy hand you a document. This is what it looks like when the person writing the strategy can also build the thing.

Evolve Yourself—one page that went nowhere, rebuilt to be found.

In short

Brendan D. Murphy, Regenetics Method facilitator, had an established audience and a high-value masterclass buried on a single page with no keyword strategy, no conversion path, and no organic footprint. I rebuilt it as a full AEO-first site with schema, technical SEO and a drip-fed course portal behind passwordless login. Monthly admin work that used to take Brendan an hour now takes one minute.

60x

Faster monthly upkeep

The problem

An established audience, a powerful offer, and a URL that went nowhere. The single-page site had no keyword strategy, no discoverability layer, and no infrastructure to turn visitors into students.

What I built

Full site strategy and information architecture built for discoverability from day one, AEO-first content structured to be cited by answer engines, keyword research and on-page optimisation throughout, schema markup and technical SEO, a course portal with drip-fed delivery, and magic link login—no passwords, no friction.

What changed

Organic visibility went from effectively nothing—a single, unlisted page—to a fully structured AEO-first site built to be found. The offer is now findable by the people searching for it, the portal delivers without manual intervention, and monthly upkeep dropped from an hour to a minute. Segmentation and automation keeps reminder emails and upgrades flowing without constant checks.

What an engagement looks like

How do I start working with you?

With an Infrastructure Audit. First, we'll spend thirty minutes unpacking what you have, what is missing, and what it is costing you in visibility and conversion. You keep the findings and then we decide whether or not we work together.

Do you work with businesses like mine?

I work with established founders and small businesses of five to twenty people, who are usually already good at the work and invisible in the places buyers now look. If your organic traffic has been declining and you've been told the fix is a redesign or rebrand and you suspect it is not, that is a sign that we should have a conversation.

Who owns what you build?

You do. The platform, data, domain, and automations. Nothing in your tech stack is licensed from me and nothing requires me to keep running. I am available on a retainer basis to help you continue gaining Momentum with what we've built together.

How long does a build take?

An Infrastructure Audit is a half to a full day. Infrastructure Architecture is typically two weeks, depending on scope. A full Infrastructure Project runs longer, usually six to twelve weeks, and is scoped in phases you approve before each one starts.

Every one of these started the same way.

A short conversation to see if the Infrastructure Audit is the right next step—what's on your site, what's missing, and what it's costing you in visibility. No pitch.
