The PRISM Diagnostic is 60 minutes spent finding out which of the five layers is actually holding you back. Not all five in depth. That's the Audit. This is the hour that tells you which one to care about, so you stop spending money at the wrong level.
You leave knowing the constraint, why it's the constraint, and what the first move is. Whether you make that move with me is a separate question, and you don't have to answer it in the session.

Whether AI systems and search engines can physically reach and read your site. Crawl access, rendering, what's actually in the initial HTML response.

Whether they know who you are. Entity signals, schema, and whether your identity is wired consistently across everywhere you appear.

Whether they understand what you do. Content architecture, answer-first structure, and whether you define the terms in your category or inherit someone else's.
Signal
Whether they trust what you say. Corroboration, citations, and the evidence that makes a claim on your site hold up somewhere else.
Momentum
Whether they keep recommending you. What compounds after the first four layers are in place, and what quietly erodes if they aren't.

What is the PRISM Diagnostic?
The PRISM Diagnostic is a 60-minute working session that runs your site and business against the five layers of the PRISM framework—platform, recognition, intelligence, signal, and momentum—to identify which layer is actually constraining you. It costs USD $350, paid at the time of booking. It is diagnosis rather than implementation.
How is it different from the Infrastructure Audit?
The Diagnostic is 60 minutes and finds the constraint. The Infrastructure Audit is a half or full day, starts from USD $1,500, and works through all five layers in depth to produce a prioritised fix list ready to hand to a developer. The Diagnostic answers whether the deeper work is worth commissioning at all, which is why it's the place to start. Commission an Audit, Architecture, or Project within 60 days and the $350 comes off that engagement.
What do I need to prepare?
Your website address, and a straight answer to what is not working. Nothing else. You don't need to have diagnosed anything yourself beforehand, and you don't need to understand schema, entity graphs, or answer engine optimisation to get value from the hour.
Is the session recorded?
Yes, if you want it to be. The recording is yours. Say so at the start and I'll record it and send it across afterwards.
What if it turns out you're not the right person to help?
Then I'll tell you that inside the hour, and point you at whoever is. You still leave with the diagnosis, which is what you paid for. Site infrastructure and discoverability are what I do. A content production engine across ten channels is not.
Can I get a refund?
Cancel at least two business days before the session and you get a full refund. Inside that window the time is reserved and the prep is done, so there's no refund. You can also reschedule once, free, up to 24 hours before the start time. The full terms are on the terms page.
